Best Plumbing & Lighting is immediately taking the following additional precautions in order to protect the safety and well-being of our customers and staff. Be assured, we are open for business and ready to serve, however, our primary concern is everyone's health during this unprecedented time. Below are the most recent updates.
The Safest Way to Order
You can now text us (780-451-2432) your questions and orders. This even includes pictures messages and files. Then you can pay through electronic transfers. And we can deliver your order right to you.
Showrooms Open by Appointment only
Parts Order Fulfillment
We are taking even stronger measures to protect your health and safety while you shop. Please be respectful of any signage, floor-markings or boundaries that are put in place and be mindful of maintaining appropriate social distancing with those around you.
No Cash Payments
To further reduce the risk of COVID-19 contamination, we are no longer accepting cash as a method of payment. Credit and Debit payments are still accepted and we encourage you to use tap when possible.
No Returned Product
We are no longer accepting returned products until further notice.
Phone and Email Orders
Please be reminded that orders placed over the phone or through email can be made available for pick up the same day. This not only saves time, but offers a lower risk of transmission by reducing your time spent in a public space.
We are now closed one hour earlier on weekdays (8:00am-5:00pm).
All staff are being educated on how to best manage the health and safety of their workspace and all of our customer counter areas are being sanitized and disinfected to help prevent further spread of the disease.
We are postponing any large events that may pose a risk to the health and safety of our staff and customers until further notice. This includes the Home & Garden Show and our Spring Sale.
Any staff who have recently traveled outside the country or who are soon traveling outside the country are going to be self-isolated and not permitted to work in our offices, counter or showroom. Where possible we have employees work from home to further reduce the possibility of transmission. All staff are also being further educated on additional precautions they can take to maintain a safe working environment.
We are all in this together and are going to provide new information as it becomes available.
