We don't mean to sound too serious here and we hope you enjoy each and every product from us. But we know sometimes not everything can be perfect, so we'll try our BEST to make you have the BEST experience no matter the case.

This Return Policy governs your relationship with Best Plumbing & Lighting (the "Service"), registered as Best Plumbing & Heating Supplies Ltd. ("us", "we", or "our").

Please read the Return Policy carefully before using the Service.

Your access to and use of the Service is based on your acceptance of and compliance with this Return policy.
This Policy applies to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.
We are dedicated to providing the best quality kitchen, bath, lighting, heating and parts solutions. If your purchased items are not to your satisfaction, please contact us and we will do our best to help you out.

General Returns or Exchanges
We have a thirty (30) day return policy; we accept returns within thirty (30) days of you receiving your order. If you are unhappy with your product and it is has not been assembled or installed, is unused and still in its original packaging, we will accept the return. You are responsible for both the outbound and return shipping costs unless the product is defective. To begin the return process, we ask you first contact us via email at customer.service@bestplumbing.ca. Once we have received your request, we will issue you a quote for both the outbound and return shipping costs. We will deduct these costs from your refund once the item is returned to us.

Defective Returns
If the product you have received is defective or incorrect upon purchase or arrival, we ask you contact us as soon as possible. Our customer support team will help you get you replacement products in a timely fashion.
Damaged Returns
Please inspect all items as soon as possible upon purchase. In the unfortunate event that an item(s) is damaged or has missing parts, please contact us within seven (7) days of the item's inspection. If you had arranged shipping for your products and you have received any that are damaged, please list the damage details on the Bill of Landing (or contact us if we have delivered it). Damages not noted may not be covered for a refund. Upon delivery, you also may refuse products if they are obviously damaged. We recommend you accept the intact portion of the order while refusing the damaged products. Do not discard damaged products. After contacting us to report a damaged item, the damaged item becomes the property of the carrier and they have 30 days to either inspect, pick-up or discard the products. If we had delivered the item then we will handle this ourselves.
Refunds
Once we have received your return and it has been inspected, we will notify you either right away (if possible) or with a follow up email and/or a phone call. Furthermore, we will either approve or reject your refund depending on whether the product has remained in its original packaging and is in suitable resale condition. If the product has been used or is in anyway damaged upon receipt, we will contact you directly to discuss a resolution. Refunds will be distributed by cheque in the mail or in person at reception.
Missing Parts
In the unlikely event that you receive an order with missing parts, contact us immediately to resolve the issue. In most cases, we will provide the missing part quickly and free of charge.
